Remote work is a new constant in the business world, and a growing number of people are enjoying its advantages while dealing with its challenges. Gallup data showed that 43 percent of employees worked away from their team members at least some of the time in 2016. The research also found the amount of time employees spend working remotely to be on the rise; of those who work remotely, 31 percent did so at least 80 percent of the time.
